Chris Holmes surveyed the Dutch barge which I was looking to purchase. I found him very polite and professional He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in layman terms for which i was very grateful (this being my first boat purchase). I telephoned Chris Holmes of Cetec Marine Associates for some pre-purchase advice, as a first time buyer Chris was very helpful and willing to explain things to me in a way I found easy to understand. Their pricing is also fair and transparent which was not the case with some other companies I made enquiries with. Unfortunately due to clashing schedules I was not able to instruct Chris on an actual survey but I would still like to recommend Cetec on the quality of advice I was given and I would seek to work with them in the future if the opportunity arises.
