We offer detailed reports and surveys to you and your insurance company. We can also begin the registration process of when you get a new vessel by supplying a tonnage measurement and certification.

Broadly speaking, tonnage is a measure of a ship's size which can be determined either by volume or weight.

You will need to fill out a Part 1 registration which indicates the changing of hands and also a Declaration of Eligibility. You will also require a Bill of Sale showing at the least the last 5 years of your boat's ownership.

You may know of part 3 as well. This simple registration does not provide any of the information mentioned above. However, it is useful if you want to take your boat to another country. It acts a little like a boat passport and proves your boat's nationality when you are in foreign or international waters. No measurement is required for part 3.
